How much is usually your delivery time?
Usually all products ship within 2 to 24 hours of your order, and then take up to 3-7 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at VLADAA.com has an estimated delivery time that can be seen during purchase in the shopping cart.
What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as fully defined in our complete Return Policy) purchased on vladaa.com in accordance with the terms below: A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product or you have not been warned by us explicitly and have received instructions for an impending delay. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order, but still receive the package, then please contact us immediately and we start an investigation, at the end of which you will receive one of the following three: a) Replacement or modification (another variant of the product); b) Shipping label for product return; c) Approval for unnecessary product return, which means you don't have to return it and can Keep the product, or Donate it, or simply Scrap it.
